The Quality Representative and Directors has documented and implemented operational procedures to ensure a consistent high level of Quality service and working practices, of which can be reviewed and objectives set for continual improvement.
These procedures adhere to the requirements of BS EN 9001:2015 Management Systems. This is in place to monitor performance, non-conformance and to help review Quality procedures.
The Quality Representative and Directors actively participate in Quality Assurance and provide resources, where necessary, to ensure that processes are followed. Specialist input is supplied when required.
Responsibility for Quality Assurance lies with the Quality Representative and Directors. They have the authority to implement and report on the effectiveness of this system.
